Challenge and Dismissal Proccess:

• This form must be submitted within 14 days of the date your ticket was issued. Starting on day 15, the window for dismissal request will be closed and payment will be considered late. After this time you may contact cpmappeals@gmail.com for further inquiries.
• A $10 late fee will be added after 7 days if the citation is not paid. An additional $25 late fee will be added after 30 days if the citation is not paid.
• You are responsible for checking your email and spam folder for the correspondence.
• If your challenge is denied, you must pay your fine within 7 days of the response.
